8 hours of sleep is healthy...but...

Sleep is for Quitters. I am NOT a quitter.

I am however drowsy at this time of night and would much rather be sleeping than thinking about tomorrow's WOD. Luckily for me I have Coach Carl from NAKA Athletics to motivate me :) He's like my personal Guru, if I ever meet him I'm skipping the handshake and going straight to a hug. Enjoy his zen-like wisdom!
